These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Day Translations website and services. Day Translations, Inc. ("Day Translations," "we," "our," or "us") provides professional translation, interpreting, and localization services to individuals and businesses worldwide.
By accessing our website, requesting a quote, placing an order, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of quotation. Final pricing may vary based on actual word count, complexity, and specific requirements. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After work has commenced, cancellation fees may apply based on the percentage of work completed. Rush orders and interpreting bookings may have different cancellation terms.
We strive to deliver all projects by the agreed-upon deadline. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Completed translations are delivered electronically via email or through our secure client portal. Hard copies and certified documents can be shipped upon request for an additional fee.
Day Translations is committed to delivering high-quality translations. All translations undergo a rigorous quality assurance process including translation, editing, and proofreading (TEP).

Revisions
We offer free revisions for any translation errors or omissions identified within 30 days of delivery. Revision requests must be submitted in writing with specific feedback. Changes to the original source text or new requirements may incur additional charges.
We treat all client documents and information as strictly confidential. Our translators and staff are bound by non-disclosure agreements. We can provide additional confidentiality agreements upon request for sensitive projects.
Client documents are stored securely and retained for a period of 30 days after project completion to facilitate any revision requests. Documents can be deleted immediately upon client request.
Upon full payment, the client owns all rights to the translated content. Day Translations retains no ownership rights to the translated materials. The client warrants that they have the right to have the source materials translated and that the translation will not infringe on any third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Day Translations' liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Day Translations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Day Translations, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
